Every Ocevelle piece is handmade to order by skilled artisans in Lithuania, Europe. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, please allow a little extra time for production — it’s what makes each piece truly special.
Shipping Information
Where Do Orders Ship From?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our European linen partner’s studio in Lithuania, EU. This means your linen travels from the hands that made it, straight to your door.
Processing Time
All orders are handmade to order and dispatched within 3–5 business days. During peak periods or holidays, this may extend slightly — we’ll always keep you informed.
Delivery Times (after dispatch)
- United States: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days
- Canada & Australia: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $150 USD
- Standard shipping on orders under $150: calculated at checkout
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & Duties
Orders ship from Lithuania (EU). Orders to the USA and UK are duty-free. Orders outside the EU, USA, and UK may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We want you to absolutely love your Ocevelle purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
- Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable
How to Return
- Email us at hello@ocevelle.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back using a tracked shipping service
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ocevelle.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right immediately.
