About Our Products

What makes Ocevelle linen different from regular bedding?

Every Ocevelle piece is made from 100% certified European Flax linen — handcrafted by skilled artisans in Lithuania. Unlike mass-produced bedding, our linen is made to order, stone-washed for immediate softness, and certified OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, meaning it's free from harmful substances. It's also naturally thermoregulating, hypoallergenic, and gets softer and more beautiful with every wash. Simply put — it's built to last a lifetime, not a season.

Is your linen soft right away or does it need to be broken in?

Our linen is stone-washed during production, which means it arrives beautifully soft from night one. No stiff, scratchy break-in period. It only gets better from there — more supple and lustrous with every wash.

What does OEKO-TEX® certified mean?

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is one of the world’s most trusted textile certifications. It means every component of our fabric — including threads and dyes — has been independently tested and verified to be free from harmful substances. Safe for you, safe for your family, safe for your skin.

What is European Flax® certified?

European Flax® certification guarantees that the flax used in our linen is grown sustainably in Western Europe, without irrigation or GMOs, and is fully traceable from field to finished fabric. It’s the gold standard for responsible linen sourcing.

Is linen good for hot sleepers?

Absolutely — linen is one of the best fabrics for temperature regulation. It’s highly breathable and moisture-wicking, which keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter. Many of our customers who struggled with night sweats find linen to be transformative.

Is your linen hypoallergenic?

Yes. Linen is naturally hypoallergenic and resistant to dust mites and bacteria — making it an excellent choice for anyone with sensitive skin, allergies, or eczema.


Sizing & Fit

What sizes do you offer?

We offer Twin, Full, Queen, and King sizes across our bedding range. Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you’re unsure which size to choose, email us at hello@ocevelle.com and we’ll help.

What’s included in a duvet cover set?

  • Twin: 1 Duvet Cover + 1 Pillowcase
  • Full / Queen / King: 1 Duvet Cover + 2 Pillowcases

Care Instructions

How do I wash my Ocevelle linen?

Machine wash at 40°C / 104°F on a gentle cycle. Use a mild, liquid detergent. Avoid bleach (except oxygen-based bleach on white linen). Tumble dry on low or hang dry. You can iron while slightly damp for a crisp look, or simply embrace the beautiful natural linen texture.

Will my linen shrink?

Our linen is pre-washed and pre-shrunk during production. Minor shrinkage (1–3%) can occur after the first wash — this is normal for natural fibers and has been accounted for in our sizing.

Can I put linen in the dryer?

Yes, on a low heat setting. For best results and longevity, we recommend hang drying or tumble drying on low and removing while still slightly damp. High heat can reduce the lifespan of natural fibers.


Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take?

All items are handmade to order and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location — typically 7–14 business days for the US, 5–10 for Europe. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders over $150 USD.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Lithuania. Please note that orders outside the EU, USA, UK, and Canada may be subject to customs duties. We recommend checking with your local customs office.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each piece is handmade to order, we begin production quickly. Please contact us at hello@ocevelle.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. After production has begun, we are unable to modify or cancel orders.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ocevelle.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
