At Ocevelle, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Ocevelle is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. If you need additional assistance, our support team will be happy to help.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and product so we can review your claim and work toward a resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
Ocevelle currently ships to locations where our products are legally permitted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot be shipped due to applicable laws or regulations.
