Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or altered unless they arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review your request and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
How to Request a Return

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
