At Ocevelle, your satisfaction is important to us. Because we sell dietary supplements, we maintain strict quality and safety standards for all returns.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or altered unless they arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review your request and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items
